Nicoles Table, Antigua.

Whilst we were in Antigua we had the pleasure of taking a Caribbean cooking class at I can't describe how tasty the food was, it was one certainly one of the highlights of our trip. Nicole tailor made a menu to suit us both- we took a vegetarian class incorporating elements of Jerk and Cooking with Rum. We ended up with Coconut Crisps, Jerk Tofu, a Garden Salad, Beans and Rice, and a very boozy Rum Cake (fave). I can't wait to come back. Thanks Nicole and Connie!
