Only a true professional culinary artist can make a white chocolate and passion fruit mousse look like a 17th century still life painting, and Gabi is one of them. We spent the day capturing Gabi plate some masterpieces using the finest, freshest Spanish ingredients.
Galley Gang Sushi Night Fundraiser.
Incredibly proud to be party of the Galley Gang Fundraiser to help rebuild the BVI's and other Caribbean Islands affected by the recent surge of hurricanes. It's great to witness good friends getting together for a great cause, gorgeous live music and stunning sushi.
The Galley Gang Workshops
I learned so much last week shooting for the @galley_gang workshops. Such artistry and passion from these amazing chefs, this particular session was focused on Molecular Gastronomy and was coached by one of Swedens leading professional chefs! Is there anything more fascinating than witnessing food preparation to plating up? Always blown away by these masterpieces.
The Cambridge St. Kitchen, Pimlico.
The Cambridge Street Kitchen is a buzzing little restaurant located in the heart of the Pimlico neighbourhood of London, adjoined to the famous Artists Residence Boutique Hotel. CSK serves amazing food all day, the menu is ever-changing but if you're lucky enough to catch the Burrata Salad then don't think twice.
Godiva Spring/Summer
I recently shot for Godiva Chocolates UK again, and just like the last time it took all my strength not to devour the entire lot before the shoot was over. I definitely deserve a pat on the back... Or a chocolate... Or 50.
The Yolk'al
If you're in Mawgan Porth for a surf and in need of a beautiful breakfast then get down The Yolk'al and sample some of Debbie's amazing Huevo Rancheros, or a hot cuppa and a yummy bacon sandwich.
Supporting small businesses is the vibe in Cornwall and it's so refreshing to see. There are no giant Asdas in sight when it comes to this town, only locally sourced, tasty produce that's made with lots of love & care.

Ansum Food Co are trading all weekend at Chill at the Mill in Mawgan Porth, Cornwall, and I was lucky enough to sample their juicy burritos 🌯🚛🔥 Amie and John have built their stunning food truck from the ground up, they use the best local produce and put their heart and souls into every aspect of what they do! @ansumfood
The Earl of March
On Monday I had the opportunity to review the stunning Spring menu at The Earl of March Country Pub & Restaurant, Chichester. Both flavour and presentation of each dish was beautiful, making this a really memorable dining experience.
Nicoles Table, Antigua.
Whilst we were in Antigua we had the pleasure of taking a Caribbean cooking class at NicolesTable.com. I can't describe how tasty the food was, it was one certainly one of the highlights of our trip. Nicole tailor made a menu to suit us both- we took a vegetarian class incorporating elements of Jerk and Cooking with Rum. We ended up with Coconut Crisps, Jerk Tofu, a Garden Salad, Beans and Rice, and a very boozy Rum Cake (fave). I can't wait to come back. Thanks Nicole and Connie!

Great to be back shooting for Southsea's Pie and Vinyl again last week. Pie at 10.30am is always a good idea.
Tunnels Beaches Wedding Fair
What a weekend! Amazing to be back at Tunnels Beaches again to display at the opening of their new and improved wedding venue, it was great to meet everyone who attended & I'll be seeing you again soon Tunnels.

Quirky Weddings Alternative Wedding Fair ran on Sunday March 19th at the Waterfront Hall, Belfast, displaying over 120 handpicked exhibitors. Myself & my BFF Brideen of Simple Tapestry took some photos on the day. Those cakes though...
Godiva Spring Collection
I have recently shot for Godiva UK's Spring Chocolate Collection. The images are to be used in social media and advertising campaigns for the company. It was a really fun shoot, and believe me they were so hard to resist but worth it in the end. Happy Easter!

Glug, Brighton.
Brighton’s Glug event was hosted by local creative businesses AgencyRush and Crush, it offered creatives the chance to meet, have a drink (or five) and network, or 'not-work' as Glug calls it.
During the night there was all sorts of design activities and entertainment including screen printing, live art, a pop-up shop, video art and a 3D photobooth from Photobot. As well as all of that, there were three inspiring guest speakers – designers Kyle Bean, Laura Jordan-Bambach, and Rob Lowe, (not that Rob Lowe) aka Supermundane.
My Baby- Raglan, NZ.
This year we saw the amazing My Baby live. It was one of the best small gigs I've been to, offering a mix of face-melting guitar with soulful vocals. The bands native city is Amsterdam, but we caught them in the sleepy surf town of Raglan whilst travelling NZ. Can't recommend them enough, Soundcloud link below.
